  1. When do tickets go on sale?

    King's Affair 2010 tickets will go on sale on Thursday, 4 February 2010 at 9am for King's Members only.

    The pre-sale period will last only 57 hours, so be prompt as we will close down the system at 6pm on Saturday in preparation for the Launch Party.

    How about the rest of the University?

    Worry not! You will be able to secure your ticket at our Launch Party on Saturday, 6 February 2010.

    After the Launch Party online sales will resume on Sunday, 7 February 2010 at 9am.

  2. When do you expect to sell out?

    Last year all tickets were gone 50 minutes after they went on general sale after the Launch Party, so yeah—pretty quickly.

  3. How much are the tickets?

    The tickets are £60 for King's Members provided they pay by College Bill. Your guests will however be charged the standard price of £63.

    University Members' and their guests' tickets are £63 each, payable by Cheque or PayPal. An additional surcharge of £3 per ticket will be added to PayPal payments to cover transaction fees.

  4. What is the theme this year?

    The theme will be announced at the Launch Party. Until that point we can only assure you we are very excited about it and we promise it will be great fun.

  5. Do we have to pay for tickets at the Launch Party?

    The Launch Party will operate on reservation basis, so there is no need to pay immediately.

    You will have 48 hours after your reservation has been made to complete the order and choose the payment method.

    We will however be collecting the cheques at the Launch Party if you want to pay right away.

  6. Who should the cheques be payable to?

    The cheques should be payable to

    King's Affair and have your order number and CRSid written on the back.
  7. There's a problem with my order, what do I do?

    Do not panic. Just send and e-mail to tickets@kingsaffair.com describing the issue and we will sort it out for you.
